Open the in-app Shop screen and tap "Restore purchases." This re-links your purchase through RevenueCat using your Apple or Google account. If ads still appear afterwards, email us with your platform (iOS/Android) and the email or account used for the purchase, and we'll investigate.
Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, not by us directly, since they process all payments. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or the Google Play order history page (Google Play).
Game progress is stored locally on your device. On iOS it may be restored via an iCloud/device backup; on Android, via your device's backup service, depending on your settings. Your ad-free purchase itself can always be restored via "Restore purchases" regardless of device.
Saunamestari supports Finnish and English. Language content is bundled with the game; check the Settings screen in-app for a language toggle if available on your installed version.
Since Saunamestari has no account system, most of your data (save progress, settings) lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. If you'd like us to request deletion of purchase-related records tied to your anonymous purchase ID from RevenueCat, email us at the address above.
