These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Mika Kuusisto, operating as Kuusisto.tech ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in Finland, governing your use of the mobile game Saunamestari (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or assets from the App except where permitted by law; use the App to violate any applicable law; interfere with the App's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its content.
The App is free to download and includes advertising. It offers a single optional, non-consumable purchase that removes ads ("ad-free"). All purchases are billed and processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective payment terms. Purchases can typically be restored on other devices signed into the same App Store or Google Play account via the "Restore purchases" option in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
The App displays advertising served through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Ad content is selected and served by Google and its advertising partners; we do not control the specific content of individual ads.
The App, including its software, artwork, characters, text, audio, and design, is owned by Kuusisto.tech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license in Section 1.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising) and RevenueCat (purchase management), each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services through the App is also subject to those third parties' terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuusisto.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and provide otherwise.
If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting term above with respect to Apple:
